Working Group Standards Meetings September 23-27, 2026 (registration NOT required)

Discounts are available for companies registering five or more employees for select offerings. Please contact info.eosesda@esda.org or +1-315-339-6937 for more details.

Membership discounts apply to members who participate all year long and are current at the opening of symposium registration. Memberships processed after March 31, 2026, will not apply. You will receive a complimentary 2027 membership with your 2026 Symposium registration, which will allow you to enjoy the full benefits of membership in 2027.
 

Symposium Proceedings 

Each paid registrant receives a link to the electronic Symposium proceed­ings.

Tutorial Notes (registration required)

Full-color tutorial notes will be provided to each tutorial registrant. Require installation of LockLizard software to view/print.

Hospitality Suites

To maintain the objectives of the Symposium, EOS/ESD Association, Inc. encourages all exhibitors and guest organizations to schedule their hospitality and other social events at times that do not conflict with the Symposium presentations and educational activities.

Age Limits 

No one under 18 years of age will be admitted to the exhibit hall.

Unauthorized Solicitation 

Solicitation of business on the premises during the EOS/ESD Sympo­sium by manufacturers or others who are not participating as exhibi­tors is prohibited.

Recording

Video and/or audio recordings of Symposium events are prohibited without the prior written authorization of EOS/ESD Association, Inc.
