To login, please click on the Login button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. You will need to use the email you provided on your event registration.

Access to the livestream is determined by your registration. If you believe you should have access to a session, please contact us for further assistance.

Sessions marked "NO LIVESTREAM" are available for on-site attendees only.

The sessions will open 10 minutes before their scheduled start time. When the session is live, you will see a red dot next to the word “LIVE” in the bottom left corner of the video.

To move between sessions, click on the next session in the digital program you would like to join.

If you see the box “Tap to unmute” make sure you click this box to unmute the stream. It will be muted by default. If you have clicked this box, please make sure the audio on your laptop, phone or computer is on and the volume is turned up all the way. There is also a volume slider in the bottom right corner of the video player. You may want to use a pair of headphones for the best viewing experience.

Scroll down to the chat box underneath the video player. Click on “Log in to Vimeo” (registration with Vimeo is required). Once you have logged in, you will be able to type in the chat and ask questions or provide feedback.

If there is a red dot next to “LIVE” on the bottom left of the video player and the player is still black, you may have some form of network blocking the video from playing. If you are connected to your company VPN, please try disconnecting. If you are connected to your company network, you may need to ask your company IT department to not block Vimeo videos from playing.

If you are in a country that blocks Vimeo, you may need to use a VPN to be able to view the stream.
